Vendors that would like space at this show must read the following directions, fill out the online registration form, and pay the deposit electronically.  We will accept printed applications and checks up to two weeks before the event.  Electronic registration forms will be processed within 24 hours.  Hope reserves the right to deny a vendor space if registration is not complete or  payment is not received.

  • For each space rented, a vendor will receive the following: 
  • Name Badge and Space Assignment
  • Ticket for Coffee and Breakfast item
  • Ticket for a Picnic Lunch from the concession stand including one sandwich, chips, drink, and dessert.
  • Vendors will have access to indoor restrooms
  • Drive Up Drop Off to Space Assignment and Parking assigned behind building for easy access.

Expectations of Hope

This will be a family-friendly event.  Our intent is to promote Christian values at this fair. Therefore, merchandise that conflicts with these values will not be offered.

Vendors are expected to keep their booth open from 9 AM until 3 PM.  Vehicles will not be allowed into the Vendor area until 3 p.m.

Spaces Available

All spaces are outdoors, on pavement.  

You may bring a canopy if it fits

within your 10x18 space(s).  

Each space is $50.  

Vendors provide their own tables and displays.
